Veterinary Regional Sales Manager
The Veterinary Regional Sales Manager develops and facilitates in Sales of Cubex hardware and software solutions for Veterinary Practices, across their respective Region of the United States. Three new positions are currently available in the West (CA Preferred), Midwest (Chicago Area), and Northeast (NY/NJ). The scope of responsibility includes, but is not limited to: Developing and maintaining a consistent sales pipeline, onsite workflow assessments, and sales presentations. The ideal candidate must have extensive Veterinary industry experience with day to day practice workflow, inventory management, patient care and/or vet technician experience. The candidate will also need extensive experience in the following: Strong Consultative Sales Skills with experience selling Subscription or long-term contracts, Pipeline management and be an exceptional sales performer, with proven track record. Veterinary Implementation Specialist
The Veterinary Implementation Specialist participates in coordinating the implementation of the Cubex hardware and software solutions primarily for Veterinary Practices, yet will gain experience in Human Healthcare and Dental Facilities across the United States and international markets. The scope of responsibility includes, but is not limited to: Coordination of implementation travel, onsite installation of Cubex hardware and software solutions, client clinical staff training on system utilization, onsite technical support, onsite workflow audits and recommendations. The ideal candidate has extensive Veterinary industry experience with day to day practice workflow, inventory management, patient care and/or vet technician experience. The candidate will also need extensive experience in the following: Client Services, project management, self-management, training, working independently and effectively, including having a high level of responsibility and integrity. Participation in Team Project Installations with scope from installing one-unit to being part of a team that may install projects of over 3 weeks continuous with 8 -12 units is standard.

Front End Developer

Our interview process requires a review and discussion of code in the applicant’s software portfolio. It can be either production code that has any sensitive IP redacted, a working side project, or submission to an open source effort. In any case, we must be able to see it running. We’ll need to see examples of the applicant’s UI design work as well.

Integration Activation Specialist

Overall responsibility:

The Integration Activation Specialist is responsible for the activation of CUBEX Integrations in all Human and Veterinary markets.

Responsibilities to include but are not limited to:

  • Integration Activation – Responsible for owning the integration activation process from start (customer kick off call) to finish (integration activation).
  • Participate in Customer on-boarding of interfaces in our respective markets.

Overall responsibility:

Overall responsibility:

Cubex LLC is looking for a flexible and versatile marketing intern who will be responsible for a variety of marketing projects including tradeshow and event management, marketing campaigns, social media, blog writing and content creation. Software Integration Activation Specialist - Veterinary

The Software Integration Activation Specialist is responsible for the activation of CUBEX Patient, Profile, Billing and Vendor software integrations in Veterinary practices and Universities with veterinary programs. Prior to onsite implementation of our software/hardware solutions, the specialist works with the veterinary client’s practice management software specialists setting up and configuring the integration(s), as well as working with practices after integration “go-live”. This will include validating the data’s send and receive processes/functions are performing to spec. The ideal candidate must be comfortable leading teleconference/webinar meetings discussing the functionality of the integrations, and knowledge of IT infrastructure and technology. The candidate will also need extensive experience with managing multiple projects, databases, API’s, web services and HL7 Translators at one time.

Senior Contracts Manager

We are looking for a high-energy, dynamic individual who will manage the Sales Contracts, and Sales Order to Cash process, which entails working with the sales team, customers, finance partners, and the revenue team. This position requires a someone who is efficient with contract review and can work with our legal firm on updates to Terms and Conditions. The candidate will re-write existing contracts where needed, negotiate contracts with new customers, manage contract compliance, and assist the sales team with contract reviews. The candidate will assist the sales team with pricing strategies, as well as manage gross margins, negotiate discounts, and oversee cash forecasting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with contract review and negotiations, software revenue accounting operations, Sales Force CRM and Netsuite (or Intacct) Accounting software experience is a plus.

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties and works closely with senior and C-level management in supporting not only the Human Resources department but also the various departments in the company. The specialist will assist with client database creation, client data audit, data updates/imports, hard drive burn, and solution staging. Additional responsibilities will include supporting the Implementation Teams specific to data queries, data scripts, system data integration, data retrieval and related tasks. Internal coordination with Pre-Implementation, Integration, and Implementation Team resources as well as managing data deliverables are integral responsibilities of role.

Role will include participation in strategic development meetings, process development, data import metrics, special projects as assigned and interaction with cross-departmental managers and executives.

Success in the position requires effective skill sets in working independently and effectively - including having a high level of responsibility and integrity. Timely customer communication, data analysis, problem solving, project management, technology application, consultation, and the ability to work effectively with other CUBEX and partner team members is a minimum requirement.   • Weekly data status meetings with Operations Manager(s)
  • Supporting Implementation Teams remotely to help resolve data-related tasks using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, setting up solutions, and basic troubleshooting

Other Duties:

  • Update of data import activities in Salesforce CRM
  • Hard Drive Data “burns”
  • Assist/support Cubex Logistics team in solution preparation/configuration
  • Email and phone interaction with customers and partners
  • Participation in cross departmental data meetings

Technical:

  • SQL, Excel, and database experience preferred
  • Cubex software/hardware, cloud database, and reports knowledge (training as part of new employee orientation)
  • Salesforce.com knowledge (training as part of new employee orientation)
  • Prefer moderate to strong technical skills: exposure to basic programming concepts and uses; demonstration of technical skills in working environment; working knowledge of variety of software/hardware applications and accessories; understanding of relationship between software and hardware; exposure to interface and communications technology
  • Understanding of veterinary, dental, and human healthcare inventory management procedures and HIPAA requirements
